目的：观察麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死的疗效与安全性。方法通过对1例老年女性心梗患者住院药物治疗和出院后用药随访的分析与总结，观察麝香保心丸在心梗治疗中的作用与安全。结果麝香保心丸治疗老年心肌梗死有效，未观察到相关药物不良反应。结论麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死疗效确切，明显改善临床症状，延缓疾病进展，在冠心病的二级预防中发挥着重要作用。“,”Objective To evaluate the ef icacy and safety of Shexiang Baoxin Pil in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Methods Through the analysis and summary of 1 cases of senile female Mi hospitalized patients with drug therapy and medication fol ow-up after discharge, ef ect and safety observation of Shexiang Baoxin Pil in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Results Shexiang Baoxin Pil is ef ective in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in the elderly, the no observed adverse reaction related drugs. Conclusion The curative ef ect of Shexiang Baoxin Pil for treatment of myocardial infarction is exact, significantly improve the clinical symptoms, slow disease progression, plays an important role in the primary prevention of coronary heart disease in two.
