一、前言 北京特殊钢厂自1969年首次在我国试制成功了电弧炉炉衬振动成型整套工艺及设备,经使用改进得到良好的效果。以后在大连、大冶、太原等钢厂也相继采用了炉衬振动成型新工艺。炉衬振动成型工艺的出现改变了繁重的手工砌筑、打结的传统工艺,实现了机械化,提高了生产效率,改善了劳动条件,降低了镁砂消耗。为此,东工冶金机械专业师生于1985年4月对该厂5吨电炉炉村振动成型设备的振动参数进行了实测与分析,现概述如下。
