风压系数是气压、湿度、温度、地理纬度和海拔高度的函数,不同地区在不同天气系统下,其风压系数值不相同,但在相同天气形势下,其系数值变化范围较小。本文根据在台风期间船舶调查的气象资料,计算南海东部海区台风风压系数值,又用陆地上8个气象站16年以上在台风影响下的气象资料,旁证其系数的变化范围。
The wind pressure coefficient is a function of barometric pressure, humidity, temperature, geographical latitude and altitude. The wind pressure coefficients of different regions under different weather systems are different, but the range of the coefficient of wind pressure is smaller under the same weather conditions. Based on the meteorological data of the surveyed ships during the typhoon, this paper calculates the typhoon wind pressure coefficient values in the eastern South China Sea, and uses the meteorological data of 8 weather stations on the land for more than 16 years under typhoon influence.
