二膦酸盐同无机焦磷酸盐一样,在小剂量时可以抑制骨吸收。但有关它们对成骨活性、骨基质形成及矿化影响的研究甚少,而且产生相互矛盾的研究结果。这可能由于研究采用完整的鸡颅盖骨培养方法,而且培养基中未加入维生素C及β磷酸甘油,不易形成矿化骨。本研究采用孵育17天鸡颅盖骨外膜进行培养,并加入地塞米松、维生素C及β磷酸甘油。通过生化指标(钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶)及组织形态学指标,观察两种二膦酸盐(HEBP及APD)与无机磷酸盐对骨形成的影响。长期应用无机焦磷
Bisphosphonates, like inorganic pyrophosphates, inhibit bone resorption at low doses. However, little is known about their effects on osteogenic activity, bone matrix formation and mineralization, and conflicting results have been reported. This may be due to the study using a complete chick cranial culture method, and the medium is not added vitamin C and beta phosphoglycerol, not easy to form mineralized bone. In this study, 17-day-old chicken calvarial outer membrane was cultured and dexamethasone, vitamin C and beta-phosphoglycerol were added.
