临床上用神经断端肌内埋入法治疗8例19个痛性神经瘤,对9例截肢患者的13条神经残端埋入肌肉内以预防神经瘤的形成。计有正中神经7条,尺神经7条,桡神经7条,胫神经8条,坐骨神经2条,前臂内侧皮神经1条。经随诊6个月~40个月,除1个前臂内侧皮神经瘤切除后,因其断端埋入肌肉内脱落,神经痛复发外,其余患者均无神经瘤表现,临床应用取得良好效果。说明,神经断端肌内埋入是防治残端神经瘤的有效方法。
Clinically, neurofibers were implanted into 8 cases of 19 painful neuromas, and 13 nerve stumps of 9 amputation patients were embedded in the muscles to prevent the formation of neuroma. There are 7 cases of median nerve, ulnar nerve 7, radial nerve 7, tibial nerve 8, 2 sciatic nerve, medial forearm nerve 1. After 6 months to 40 months follow-up, except for one forearm medial cutaneous neuroma excised, the other patients had no neuroma manifestations due to the broken-in muscle and the relapse of neuralgia. The clinical application achieved good results . Description, nerve endoscopic muscle embedding is an effective method of prevention and treatment of stump neuroma.
