WH4102Q型柴油机挺柱在试制初斯台架60小时磨合过程中,出现了不同程度的龟裂、点蚀与剥落现象,严重影响了台架试验工作的进行。经过攻关与改进,终于使之得到了较好的解决。 1 损坏类型凸轮和挺柱是发动机中应力最高的一类零件,一般存在三种损坏形式: a.熔着磨损(Adhesive wear),通常称为拉毛、划伤或刮伤(Scuffing); b.疲劳磨损,有时称为点蚀(Pitting),更习惯叫剥落(Spalling); c.磨粒磨损(Abrasive wear)。 WH4102Q型柴油机挺柱过去主要是疲劳磨损,但也发生过熔着磨损。
