本文主要介绍钢材通过湍流管后被强制冷却各参数的计算方法。用近似计算法得出截面温度分布,从而得到淬透区与相变区的深度,并用差分方程解得温度回复参数。根据平衡温度得到最终热处理效果。为保证达到此效果。文中介绍了湍流管必须的冷却强度,据此,可计算出湍流管所需的水量与水压。同时探讨了进一步改善冷却工艺途径。这些得到的参数可为设计、操作提供必要的参考,并为应用计算机建立数模提供理论基础。
