【目的】研究化学杂交剂SX-1对甘肃春油菜区不同生态类型甘蓝型油菜(春性15份、半冬性20份、冬性7份)的雄性不育诱导效果和生育期的影响,为化学杂交剂SX-1在该区域的有效利用提供科学依据。【方法】以不同生态类型的42份甘蓝型油菜为材料,在最大花蕾长度达2.0~2.5mm时,分别以6.5mg/L SX-1进行处理,间隔10~15d以7.0mg/L SX-1再喷第2次,第1次喷药4d后,每隔2d对植株生长发育和育性情况观察记载1次,直至终花。【结果】SX-1对参试的42份材料都有一定的杀雄作用,对SX-1的反应敏感程度表现为迟钝、略微敏感、敏感、特别敏感4种类型,分别占材料总数的4.76%,21.43%,61.91%,11.90%。略微敏感、敏感、特别敏感3种类型的材料全不育株率达到96%以上,占材料总数的95.2%。不同生态类型油菜不育持续时间19~31d,初花期推迟1.9~2d,花期延长3.4~3.8d,全生育期增加3~5d。【结论】SX-1对春油菜区不同生态类型甘蓝型油菜都有较好的杀雄效果,在油菜育种中具有重要的应用价值,可以在该区域油菜的育种和制种中大面积推广应用。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of chemical hybridization agent SX-1 on male sterility induction and growth stages of different ecological types of Brassica napus (15 spring seasons, 20 semi-winter and 7 winter) in spring rapeseed area of Gansu Province. To provide a scientific basis for the effective utilization of chemical hybridization agent SX-1 in this area. 【Method】 Using 42 ecotypes of Brassica napus as materials, the maximum flower bud length of 2.0-2.5 mm was treated with 6.5 mg / L SX-1, respectively, with 7.0 mg / L SX- 1 and then spraying the second, the first 4d after spraying, every 2d on the growth of plants and fertility observations recorded 1, until the final flower. 【Result】 SX-1 had some killing effects on 42 tested materials. The response sensitivity to SX-1 showed four types, which were retarded, slightly sensitive, sensitive and especially sensitive, accounting for 4.76 %, 21.43%, 61.91%, 11.90%. Slightly sensitive, sensitive, particularly sensitive three types of materials all the sterile plant rate of 96% or more, accounting for 95.2% of the total number of materials. The durations of sterility of different ecotype rapeseed were 19-31 days, the initial florescence was postponed for 1.9-2 days, the florescence was prolonged for 3.4-3.8 days, and the whole growth period was increased by 3-5 days. 【Conclusion】 SX-1 has better killing effect on different ecotypes of Brassica napus in spring rapeseed area. It has important application value in rapeseed breeding and can be popularized widely in the breeding and seed production of rape .
