随着我国经济社会的不断发展,社会对于人才的需求量越来越大,高职院校也在不断壮大着规模,但由于招生的层次不平衡,导致高职院校学生的管理工作困难重重。高等院校承担着为企业以及社会培养综合性人才的重担,是企业新生动力的源泉,而高职院校的班主任承担着对于高职院校学生的日常教育管理工作,也是高职院校人才培养环节中不可或缺的一环,如何加强高职院校班主任的教育管理工作,加强班主任队伍自身的能力素质,关乎着高职院校人才培养体系的完整性。
