钢空腹夹层板是一种新型楼盖结构,具有跨度大、重量轻、厚度薄等特点,它与一般井字梁结构不同之处在于空腹夹层板需考虑剪切变形对结构的影响。采用拟夹层板连续化分析建立结构上下肋的等效薄膜刚度方程和剪力键夹心层的折算剪切刚度方程,给出结构在四边简支条件下的解析解。针对同一算例,将连续化分析的结果与有限元分析以及简化计算进行对比研究,结果表明:3种方法得出的挠度误差在5%以内,下弦杆件轴力误差在15%以内;采用连续化分析进行钢空腹夹层板结构的静力计算,具有较高的精度,简化计算方法具有足够的安全储备,可应用于实际工程。
Steel web sandwich panel is a new type of floor structure with large span, light weight and thin thickness. The difference between the sandwich panel and the normal one is that the sandwich panel should consider the effect of shear deformation on the structure. The equivalent thin film stiffness equations of the upper and lower ribs and the shear stiffness equations of the shear bond sandwich were established by using the continuous sandwich analysis, and the analytical solution of the structure under the simple support condition was given. For the same example, the results of continuous analysis are compared with the results of finite element analysis and simplified calculation.
