由于全球经济水平的不断持续提高,我国建筑行业的发展空间与发展机遇也相应扩大、增长,各有关施工企业面临着前所未有的生存挑战。施工企业的政工管理工作一方面要继续提高管理者的领导组织能力和思想认识觉悟,学习运用创新的管理方法和先进管理理念,另一方面还要充分将我国企业现实情况、自身特征与管理方式创新二者结合起来。下文中,笔者将从个人多年工作实践经验出发,分析我国施工企业在政工管理工作中出现的弊端与问题,并针对缺陷提出解决措施与方案,以供同行学习借鉴与辨析思考。

In the following, the author will start from the personal practice of many years of work experience, analysis of the construction enterprises in our country in the management of the work of the drawbacks and problems, and solutions for deficiencies and solutions proposed for peer learning and discrimination analysis.
