为研究ras、c-erbB - 2癌基因在砷致皮肤癌中的表达状况及其意义 ,利用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测ras和c -erbB- 2癌基因蛋白在砷致皮肤癌中的表达。结果表明 ,砷致皮肤癌中c -erbB - 2及ras呈高表达 ,P2 1及P185阳性均为 9例 ,占 90 % ;并且两者均高于文献报道的P2 1和P185在一般皮肤癌中的阳性表达结果。提示砷致皮肤癌与癌基因突变密切相关。
To investigate the expression and significance of ras and c-erbB-2 oncogenes in arsenic-induced skin cancer, immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the expression of ras and c-erbB-2 oncogene proteins in arsenic-induced skin cancer. The results showed that c-erbB-2 and ras were highly expressed in arsenic-induced skin cancer, and P2 1 and P185 were positive in 9 cases, accounting for 90%. Both of them were higher than those reported in the literature on P2 1 and P185 in normal skin cancer. Positive results in the expression. It is suggested that arsenic-induced skin cancer is closely related to oncogene mutations.
