目的:研究骨质疏松状态对正畸牙齿移动的影响. 方法:利用大鼠切除卵巢 6 w k 后建立的骨质疏松模型,通过矫治加力装置使大鼠上颌第1 磨牙前移,使用显微测量仪测量牙齿移动距离,并做统计分析. 结果:骨质疏松大鼠受相同力时牙齿移动的速度快于正常组,骨质疏松时牙周组织对外力的作用比较敏感,而且更容易发生牙根创伤性反应. 结论:在临床矫治骨质疏松患者时宜使用轻而柔和的力.
Objective: To study the effect of osteoporosis on orthodontic tooth movement. Methods: Osteoporosis model was established after ovariectomized 6 wk in rats. The maxillary first molars were advanced by force applying device. The distance of tooth movement was measured by micrometer, and statistical analysis was made. Results: Osteoporotic rats moved faster with the same force than the normal group. The effect of periodontal tissue on the external force was more sensitive to osteoporosis, and the root trauma was more likely to occur. Conclusions: Light and gentle force should be used when clinically treating osteoporosis.
