Huanggang Customs reformed and innovated in the supervision methods. With the supervision of outbound vehicles as a breakthrough, three special lanes for empty cars were set up to simplify the inspection and release procedures, and the inspection and release time for each outbound vehicle was shortened by 15 seconds.
