无机晶体物质制备中,目前使用的方法有制陶法,高压法,水热法,电弧法,熔渣法和化学气相沉积法等。这些方法中,有的需要高温或高压;有的难以得到均匀的产物;有的制备装置过于复杂,昂贵,反应条件苛刻,反应周期太长。因此,我们使用了微波加热法。该法不同于传统的借助热量幅射、传导加热方法。由于微波能可直接穿透样品,里外同时加热,不需传热过程,瞬时可达一定温度。微波加热的热能利用率很高(能达50%),可大大节约能量,
In the preparation of inorganic crystal material, the methods currently used are pottery method, high pressure method, hydrothermal method, arc method, slag method and chemical vapor deposition method. Some of these methods require high temperature or high pressure; some are difficult to obtain a homogeneous product; some are too complicated and expensive to prepare, the reaction conditions are harsh and the reaction period is too long. Therefore, we use the microwave heating method. The method is different from the traditional method of using heat radiation, conduction heating. As the microwave energy can directly penetrate the sample, both inside and outside heating, without heat transfer process, instantaneous up to a certain temperature. Microwave heating of the heat utilization rate is high (up to 50%), can greatly save energy,
