目的通过了解惠州市健康支持性环境示范创建工作现状,挖掘创建影响因素,对下一阶段如何做好示范创建工作提出对策。方法收集惠州市2012-2015年健康支持性环境创建点考核资料,借鉴Likert评分等级法对考核的4个维度进行赋值,应用一般线性模型单变量分析分别对创建点总得分及考核的4个维度平均得分进行多元统计分析,比较各创建点考核的总得分情况、4个维度的得分情况分别与创建类别、创建时间是否存在联系。结果共考核了33个创建点,创建点考核总得分为(86.21±3.82)分,其中80~89分占97.0%,90分及以上占3.0%。一般线性模型分析显示,各创建点总得分、环境建设和开展健康相关活动维度得分均与创建类别和创建时间有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康单位的总得分[(88.73±1.01)分]均比健康社区和健康食堂[分别为(85.45±1.01)、(84.45±1.01)分]高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康单位和健康社区的环境建设和开展健康相关活动维度得分均比健康食堂高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各创建点2013-2015年的总得分均比2012年高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2014年和2015年环境建设和开展健康相关活动维度的得分均比2012年和2013年高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同的创建类别和创建时间,组织管理和固有环境维度的得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论惠州市健康支持性环境示范创建水平与创建类别及创建时间有关,影响各维度得分情况存在差异的因素可能是组织架构、经费保障、能力建设和督导考核,今后在改善创建环境中应予以重视。
Objective To find out the status quo of health supportive environment demonstration in Huizhou city, excavate and create the influencing factors, and put forward some countermeasures for how to do the model creation work in the next stage. Methods The evaluation data of health supportive environment in 2012-2015 in Huizhou city were collected. The Likert rating method was used to evaluate the four dimensions of assessment. The general linear model univariate analysis was used to evaluate the total score and the four dimensions The average scores were analyzed by multivariate statistical analysis to compare the total scores of each examination point of creation, and the scores of the four dimensions were respectively related to the creation of categories and creation time. Results A total of 33 foundations were examined, with a total score of 86.21 ± 3.82, of which 80-89 were 97.0% and 90 or more were 3.0%. The results of general linear model analysis showed that the total score of each establishment point, the dimension of environment construction and health-related activities were related to the category and time of creation, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The total score of health units was (88.73 ± 1.01) points higher than that of healthy communities and healthy canteens (85.45 ± 1.01 and 84.45 ± 1.01 respectively) (P <0.05). The scores of the health construction and health-related activities in environmental construction and health-related activities were all higher than those in healthy canteens (P <0.05), and the total scores of each creating point from 2013 to 2015 were higher than those in 2012 (P <0.05). The scores of environment construction and health-related activities in 2014 and 2015 were all higher than those in 2012 and 2013 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in scores between the different categories of creation and creation time, organizational management and intrinsic environment dimensions (P> 0.05). Conclusions The factors influencing the scores of health supportive environment demonstration in Huizhou are related to the categories and time of creation. The factors influencing the scores in all dimensions may be the organizational structure, financial support, capacity building and supervision and evaluation, and should be emphasized in the future to improve the environment for creating .
