市场经济下,满足市场需求,占领市场,提高企业经济效益,增强企业的竞争力与凝聚力,使企业持续有效地发展是企业永恒的话题。加强企业全面预算管理可以有效地促进企业上述目标的实现,同时也是促进企业持续稳步发展、经营目标顺利实现的重要手段。但是实际工作中企业对全面预算管理工作存在诸多的弊端,本人想根据自己的实际工作经验,分析上述弊端存在的原因及解决的措施,希望对今后企业的全面预算管理工作有一定的帮助。
Under the market economy, it is an eternal topic for enterprises to meet the market demand, occupy the market, enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises and enable them to develop continuously and effectively.
