高校田径课是素质教育的重要组成部分,在我们高校教育中已经深入开展,随着素质教育的逐步的完善,高校对田径课程也有了相当高的要求,对田径的教育也有了专业的课程,不断的提高教育水平。本文针对我国普通高校田径课程的现状与教改对策进行研究,结合目前田径教育的现状进行分析,对田径教育存在的问题进行研究,提出相应的对策,找到适合田径教育发展的道路。
