当前,移动通信企业在实施全面预算管理的过程中还存在一系列问题,其现状令人担忧。为此,在全面预算管理模式上我们还需要进一步的创新,找到真正适合企业的全面预算管理模式。本文就针对移动通信企业全面预算管理中存在的问题进行了论述,对移动通信企业全面预算管理模式的创新作了一番思考和探讨,以期提高全面预算管理水平,真正发挥全面预算管理对移动通信企业发展的促进作用,以供借鉴参考。
