我科自1990年1月至1996年12月,采用CO2激光治疗血管瘤26例,现将病例报告如下。1临床资料 血管瘤26例,男11例,女15例,年龄最小25岁,最大48岁,其中单纯性毛细血管瘤18例,海绵状血管瘤8例,分别长于唇部、鼻尖部、肩背部、头皮等处,只患一个血管瘤有21例,二个者5例,小者如绿豆大,大者为3.5cm。2治疗方法 采用CO2激光治疗机,输出功率为12W,聚焦光斑为0.2-0.4mm。首先暴露疾病部位,局部皮肤常规消毒后用2％利多卡因或2％普鲁卡因作
