介绍了一种自动化控制的柱塞举升系统 ,并介绍了其工作原理和系统组成 ,给出了工艺的使用范围 ,着重阐述了动态模型。该系统利用较为合理的动态模型 ,将举升方案程序输入控制器 ,实现了自动化控制 ,提高了以往柱塞举升系统的效果。与其它人工举升方法比较 ,该系统不仅具有投资少、操作费用合理的特点 ,还可有效地消除油管内蜡、地层盐或垢物的集结。
A plunger lift system with automatic control is introduced. Its working principle and system composition are introduced. The range of application of the process is given, and the dynamic model is expounded emphatically. The system uses a more reasonable dynamic model, the lifting program program input controller to achieve the automatic control, improve the effect of the plunger plunger system. Compared with other artificial lifting methods, the system not only has the advantages of less investment and reasonable operation cost, but also effectively eliminates the accumulation of wax, formation salt or scale in the tubing.
