用 0 .0 5 %福尔马林灭活大黄鱼的病原菌———副溶血弧菌制成菌苗 ,再用该菌苗注射免疫实验兔获得抗血清 ,进而建立起副溶血弧菌的间接荧光抗体检测技术。应用该技术在福建省连江县厦宫乡大黄鱼养殖渔排进行副溶血弧菌检测。在患病大黄鱼肝脏中均能检测到副溶血弧菌 ,10尾外观正常的大黄鱼中 ,有 4尾检出副溶血弧菌 ,而在养殖海水中没有检出副溶血弧菌。以上结果表明 ,间接荧光抗体检测法不仅可以用于诊断感染发病的大黄鱼 ,而且也能用于检测带菌尚未发病的大黄鱼

The above results show that indirect fluorescent antibody detection method can not only be used to diagnose the incidence of large yellow croaker, but also can be used to detect the incidence of large yellow croaker
