从20世纪80年代初至今,我国法律逻辑经历了应用逻辑阶段和以非形式逻辑为主导的多元发展阶段。这一发展历程表明,法律逻辑的发展一方面受制于逻辑学、法学等与其直接相关的基础学科,另一方面又以我国法律实践的现实需求为依归。在逻辑发展多元化以及司法中心化的当代,我国法律逻辑的发展仍将以非形式逻辑为主导。 From the beginning of 1980s till now, the legal logic of our country has experienced the stage of application logic and the multi-stage of development dominated by non-formal logic. This course of development shows that the development of legal logic is subject to the basic disciplines that are directly related to it, such as logic and law. On the other hand, it is based on the actual demand of our country’s legal practice. In the contemporary era of diversification of logic and judicial centering, the development of legal logic in our country will still be dominated by non-formal logic.
