Spring calamity (eclipses) (SDS) is a very serious disease on bermudagrass that is mostly conserved in the world. The purpose of this study was to determine if (1) if the original lawn of spring septoria infestation is placed at cryogenic conditions, will it reduce the reproducibility of bermudagrass; (2) whether the regenerative nature of disease-free and diseased buddhist branches is different. Samples were taken from disease-free and previously infected cells of SDS and placed in artificial growth chambers at -3 ° C or -5 ° C. In the greenhouse, the grass samples were grown under light for 30 days and then for another 20 days under dark conditions. Replantation branches are mowed and cut at each stage, dried and weighed. The results showed that G.graminis harmed the bermudagrass turfgrass with increasing stress at low temperature. If the affected dog teeth at low temperatures suffer serious. Much of the field damage occurred after December. However, the earlier the temperature reaches -5 ° C (time ≥1h), the sooner the SDS disease affects the lawn.
