我院是华南地区规模最大,技术力量最雄厚,诊疗设备、治疗手段最齐全的肿瘤专科医院。有编制病床500张。1997年门诊诊疗23万人次,住院0.74万病人,放疗病人7000人次,病床使用率达93.9％,出院病人平均住院日27.3天(全国最低),经济收入 2.24亿元,均居全国肿瘤医院之首。近年来,随着疾病谱的改变,患恶性肿瘤的病人逐年增加。而就医院现有的能力,每年只能收治新增肿瘤病人60％左右。需求增加为医院开展特需医疗服务创造了有利条件。冈此,我院从1995年6月开始,根据广东省卫生厅有关文件精神,向患者推出了多种形式的特需医疗服务。现就我院开展特需医疗服务工作的具体做法及调查研究结果介绍如下,并提出我们的观点及建议。
Our hospital is the largest professional hospital in South China with the most powerful technical force, the most complete diagnosis and treatment equipment and treatment methods. There are 500 beds prepared. In 1997, 230,000 outpatient visits were performed, 0.74 million hospitalized patients, 7000 radiotherapy patients, 93.9% hospital beds, 27.3 days hospitalized patients (the lowest in the country), and 224 million yuan in economic income, ranking first among national cancer hospitals. . In recent years, as the spectrum of diseases has changed, patients suffering from malignant tumors have increased year by year. With regard to the hospital’s existing capabilities, it can only treat about 60% of newly-increased cancer patients each year. The increase in demand has created favorable conditions for hospitals to develop special medical services. In this case, in this hospital, from June 1995, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Health, the hospital launched a variety of special medical services for patients. The specific practices and results of investigations and studies for the development of special medical services in our hospital are described below, and our views and suggestions are presented.
