目的:研究将探究式教学法应用于《中医护理学》的教学成效。方法:将在性别、年龄、入学成绩均具有可比性的长沙卫生职业学院2015级护理专业专科班的100名女学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分配至试验组和对照组,每组各50人。选取高等教育出版社出版的《中医护理学》中的“第六章经络、腧穴与针推疗法”与“第九章养生保健”作为教学内容,两组护生的教师均由笔者担任。试验组采用探究式教学法,对照组采用传统授课方法。授课内容全部讲述完毕后1周给两组学生发放调查问卷表,根据学生的反馈结果,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析,从而得出研究结论。结果:无论是两种教学法的教学成效比较还是两组学生综合素质自我评定比较,试验组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:探究式教学法不仅能取得良好的教学成效,更能从根本上提升学生的综合素质,是适用于《中医护理学》的优秀教学方法。
Objective: To study the effectiveness of inquiry-based teaching in Teaching Chinese Nursing. Methods: A total of 100 female students from Class 2015 nursing specialty in Changsha Health Vocational College who were comparable in sex, age and enrollment were selected as research objects according to random number method and assigned to the experimental group and the control group people. Select the higher education press published “Chinese Nursing” in the “sixth chapter meridian, acupoints and acupuncture therapy” and “ninth chapter health care” as a teaching content, two groups of nursing students from The author served. The experimental group used inquiry teaching method, while the control group used traditional teaching methods. After the teaching content is fully explained, the questionnaire questionnaire is distributed to two groups of students one week after the narration is completed. According to the result of the students’ feedback, SPSS 17.0 software is used for statistical analysis to draw the conclusion. Results: Compared with the teaching effectiveness of the two teaching methods or the self-evaluation of the comprehensive quality of the two groups, the experimental group was better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Inquiry teaching method can not only achieve good teaching results, but also improve the overall quality of students fundamentally. It is an excellent teaching method applicable to TCM Nursing.
