12月8日,滨江区政府举办的“杭州市滨江区商贸项目推介会”公布了滨江区以星光大道商圈、公建中心商圈、白马湖休闲文化圈为核心的三大主题商圈的商贸服务业发展总体规划思路。12月14日,中国美术学院向市委、市政府提交了精心编制的《杭州国家高新技术产业开发(滨江)区白马湖区块概念规划》,展示了一个“宜居、宜业、宜游”的田园式生态创意城的蓝图。白马湖区块地处杭州主城区“六条生态带”之一的“石牛山风景区——湘湖旅游度假区”核心部位,本阶段密集的曝光率显示了白马湖区块价值正在被重新审视。从统计数据来看,在12月1日至12月15日的半个月时间里,南区还处于青黄不接的阶段,新增供应量不多,但不久之后即将迎来一个放量期。据多数开发商反映,目前该区房地产形势趋冷,民众陷入观望,开发商在开盘时间和开盘价格上游移不定。
On Dec. 8, Binjiang District Government held the “Hangzhou Binjiang District Business and Trade Promotion Meeting”, which promulgated the three major theme businesses including Binjiang Avenue shopping district, public construction center and Baimahu leisure culture circle as the core Circle of commerce and trade service industry overall planning ideas.
