本文自１９９１年－１９９２年共查ＰＲＬ瘤患者８７人次，经过日服溴隐仃治疗后，有１８例患者得到了妊娠。为了使妊娠自然进行，在妊娠中，停用了溴隐仃，在停药期中，有４例出现视力下降，发生视野缺损，再加用溴隐仃之后，视野明显好转。由此证明，虽然是经过溴隐仃治疗得到了妊娠，但在妊娠期间，停用溴隐仃，使已经下降了的ＰＲＬ随着妊娠再次升高，瘤体可随着妊娠的进展及停药的关系而逐渐增长，可能使视交叉的血液供应受到影响，所以对溴隐仃治疗后的妊娠者应定期检查视力和视野。
In this article, from 1991 to 1992, 87 patients with PRL tumors were examined. After daily treatment with bromocriptine, 18 patients received pregnancy. In order to ensure the natural course of pregnancy, bromoconazole was disabled during pregnancy. During the withdrawal period, visual acuity decreased and visual field defect occurred in four patients. After occult bromine was added, the visual field was significantly improved. This shows that although pregnancy was obtained through cryptotherapy with bromine, during pregnancy, bromoconazole was disabled, so that the decreased PRL increased again with pregnancy, and the tumor can progress with the pregnancy and withdrawal of the drug. The gradual increase of the relationship may affect the blood supply of the optic chiasm, so the pregnancy after the occult treatment of bromine should be checked regularly for vision and vision.
