本研究应用鸡对兔的角膜移植模型和FLISA方法动态测定手术前后血清中SIL-2R水平变化,观察环孢霉素对SIL-2R影响。结果显示:发生排斥反应时兔血清中SIL-2R水平比术前明显增高,也比同时期无排斥反应兔增高(P<0.01),环孢霉素能抑制血清中SIL-2R增高。上述结果提示血清中SIL-2R水平变化与角膜移植排斥反应密切相关,环孢霉素能够有效抑制角膜移植排斥反应。
In this study, the rabbit cornea transplantation model and the FLISA method for the determination of serum levels of SIL-2R changes before and after surgery to observe the impact of cyclosporine on SIL-2R. The results showed that the level of SIL-2R in rabbits serum was significantly higher than that before operation and higher than that in non-rejection rabbits at the same time (P <0.01). Cyclosporine could inhibit the increase of SIL-2R in serum. These results suggest that the changes of serum SIL-2R levels are closely related to the rejection of corneal allografts. Cyclosporine can effectively inhibit the rejection of corneal allografts.
