韦格内氏肉芽肿性肾炎例1:男,32岁.1960年2月出现鼻干、鼻衄,从鼻腔掉出脓痂.1961年11月出现面及下肢浮肿、全身关节痛、心慌、气短.曾住3个医院,诊断为慢性肾炎、风湿性关节炎.1963年1月27日入院.血压126/90,上颌窦、鼻两侧压痛,肩、肘、腕、右手背肿胀,左手中、食指第一指节有米粒大溃疡.鼻粘膜充血、糜烂,形成溃疡.心电图为心肌损伤.尿蛋白(??),红细胞10~15,白细胞2~4,颗粒管型1~2,A/G(白蛋白/球蛋白)、酚红试验(PSP)正常,狼疮细胞(一).诊断为慢性肾炎、风湿性关节炎、慢性鼻炎.经激素、中药等治疗,关节肿胀消失,余无好转.1963年4月经某院病理检查诊断为韦格内氏肉芽肿.长期用激素治疗.1969年
