提出一种适用于轻型钢结构厂房的新型无檩墙面系统。分别对此系统在无外部墙面板时风吸力作用下以及在有外部墙面板时风压力作用下进行试验研究。描述了试验概况和试验过程,得到荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应力曲线以及承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态下的极限承载力。与传统墙面系统相比,此新型无檩墙板系统不仅可以达到承载力要求,而且在保温构造方面施工方便。
A new ballastless wall system suitable for light steel structure workshop is proposed. The system is tested under the action of wind suction without external wall panels and under wind pressure when external wall panels are used. The test profile and test procedure are described, and the load-deflection curves, load-stress curves, and ultimate load-carrying capacity and normal load-carrying capacity are obtained. Compared with the traditional wall system, this new type of ballastless wall system can not only achieve the bearing capacity requirements, but also in the construction of thermal insulation construction convenience.
