植物活力素是一种以多种微量元素为主体的新型植物营养剂,既可用来浸种提高活力,亦可投用于叶面喷洒和根施,从而对提高各种作物的产量、品质、增强抗逆性和病虫害,均可产生多重综合效能。1991年5月我场选用该品在墨西哥类玉米饲草上分别进行了浸种、叶面喷洒、根施试验,获得了相当可喜的效果。一、选用900倍液浸种效果(一)、提高了种子的活力。种子经24小时浸清处理后,发芽势及发芽率比对照分别提高30.7%和46.1%;种质活力动态,除其中的平均发芽时间、发芽速率系数比对照有所欠佳外,其余均优于对照处理区(见表),以最能全面反映种质潜在活性的活力指数及活力比,比对照分别提高0.4和2.86,从而为播后壮苗早发奠定了基础。
