目的探讨中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德对生殖道尖锐湿疣患者免疫作用的影响。方法选择2014年9月~2015年12月我院收治的60例生殖道尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象,给予中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德治疗,并运用免疫组化实验方法对治疗前后疣体组织中MCP-1、结合珠蛋白进行检测,应用Motic彩色医学图文分析系统对阳性细胞进行定量分析。结果尖锐湿疣患者治疗后MCP-1升高,结合珠蛋白水平下降,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德可通过提高MCP-1和降低结合珠蛋白水平,刺激机体细胞免疫功能,打破尖锐湿疣的免疫逃逸机制,提高尖锐湿疣的治愈率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese Herbs Lithospermum Sushin Lotion combined with Pidotimod on the immune function of genital warts in patients with genital warts. Methods Sixty patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. Herbs of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Pidotimod were given to the patients, and the results of immunohistochemistry Before and after wart body tissue MCP-1, haptoglobin were detected, the use of Motic color medical graphic analysis system for quantitative analysis of positive cells. Results The level of MCP-1 and the level of haptoglobin in patients with condyloma acuminatum after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese Herbs Radix Sophorae Flavescens Lotion combined with pidotimod can improve the cure rate of condyloma acuminatum by increasing MCP-1 and lowering the level of haptoglobin, stimulating cellular immune function and breaking the immune escape mechanism of genital warts.
