今年中央1号文件出台了《加快水利改革发展的决定》,通过学习中央1号文件精神,深刻领会到中央对我国水利战略定位科学判断的重要性,做好第一次水利普查工作已经成为我国全面加快水利改革建设实施步伐的迫切需要,根据开展第一次全国水利普查工作总体要求,针对我县此次水利普查工作任务重、要求高、情况复杂的特点,在市水利普查办的指导下,谋划工作思路,在清查登记全面启动阶段,创新推出水利普查361°工作新举措,确保我县水利普查工作顺利开展。
