趋化因子在生理以及肿瘤细胞转移过程中起着非常重要的作用,包括诱导各种炎症细胞向炎症部位的浸润,淋巴器官的形成,控制肿瘤的淋巴细胞浸润、调节肿瘤相关血管生成、激活宿主对肿瘤的特异性免疫应答、以自分泌或旁分泌方式刺激肿瘤细胞增殖、控制肿瘤细胞运动等。不同的肿瘤表达不同的趋化因子受体,而有些器官则表达其相应的趋化因子,肿瘤细胞籍趋化因子与受体的特异性结合,最终向这些器官特异性迁移。本文就趋化因子及受体在生理及乳腺癌形成、转移中的作用做一综述。
Chemokines play important roles in physiology and tumor cell metastasis, including inducing infiltration of various inflammatory cells into inflammatory sites, formation of lymphoid organs, controlling the infiltration of lymphocytes in tumors, regulating tumor-associated angiogenesis, activating the host Specific immune response to the tumor, to autocrine or paracrine stimulation of tumor cell proliferation, control of tumor cell movement and so on. Different tumors express different chemokine receptors, whereas some organs express their corresponding chemokines. Chemokines specifically bind tumor cells to receptors and eventually migrate specifically to these organs. This article reviews the role of chemokines and their receptors in the formation and metastasis of physiology and breast cancer.
