人事档案是由单位人事部门在培养、选拔和使用人员的工作活动中形成的,是个人经历、学历、社会关系、品德、业务能力、工作状况以及奖励处罚等方面的原始记录,是考察了解和正确选拔使用干部的重要依据。随着社会的发展和人事制度的改革,人事档案工作出现了许多新情况、新问题,对人事档案的管理与利用提出了新的更高的要求。人事档案工作如何更快更好地适应人事工作的改革,提高人事档案管理与利用效率,更好地为本部门人事工作服务,以下笔者将谈谈自己的看法。
