目的:研究分析我院门急诊处方合理性,提高处方合格率。方法:利用临床药学管理系统,随机抽取我院2014年1月至7月处方16800张进行分析点评。结果:处方合格率为95.7%,不合理处方中不规范处方占抽取处方总数的2.9%、不适宜处方占抽取处方总数的1.6%。不合理处方存在15个方面的问题。结论:我院不合理处方﹥1%,应加强对不合理用药的干预,通过临床药学管理系统的运行,不断提高合理用药水平。
Objective: To study and analyze the prescription rationality of outpatient and emergency in our hospital and improve the pass rate of prescription. Methods: Clinical pharmacy management system was used to randomly select 16800 prescriptions from January to July 2014 in our hospital for analysis and comment. Results: The passing rate of prescription was 95.7%. Irregular prescriptions in irrational prescriptions accounted for 2.9% of the total number of prescriptions, and unfit prescriptions accounted for 1.6% of the total number of prescriptions. There are 15 aspects to irrational prescriptions. Conclusion: Our hospital irrational prescription> 1%, should strengthen the irrational drug intervention, through the operation of clinical pharmacy management system, continue to improve the level of rational drug use.
