目的观察干扰素加沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法将96例宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者随机分为2组,对照组48例给予重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗,研究组48例给予重组人干扰素α-2b栓加沙棘籽油栓治疗,2组均以1个月为1个疗程,持续治疗3个疗程。观察2组治疗后临床疗效,记录2组治疗前后中医症状评分、创面愈合时间和异常分泌物持续时间,统计2组治疗后6个月和12个月的HPV转阴率。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组中医症状评分均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组创面愈合时间和异常分泌物持续时间均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组治疗后6个月和12个月的HPV转阴率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论干扰素加沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈炎合并HPV感染,疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of interferon plus sea buckthorn seed oil suppository in the treatment of cervicitis with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Methods 96 cases of cervicitis with HPV infection were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 48 patients given recombinant interferon α-2b suppository, the study group of 48 patients given recombinant interferon α-2b plus seabuckthorn seed oil suppository , 2 groups were 1 month for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 3 courses. The clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed. The symptom scores of Chinese medicine, wound healing time and abnormal secretions were recorded before and after treatment. The rate of HPV negative conversion at 6 months and 12 months after treatment was calculated. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). The wound healing time and the abnormal secretion duration in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The HPV negative conversion rates in the study group at 6 and 12 months after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Interferon plus seabuckthorn seed oil suppository in the treatment of cervicitis with HPV infection has a significant effect.
