作为一种科学、有效的支护手段,注浆加固技术在煤矿松软破碎巷道围岩支护中的应用越来越广泛。在阐释注浆加固巷道围岩的作用机理的基础上,从注浆材料性质、围岩性质、注浆工艺方法的选择3个方面,分析了影响注浆加固效果的因素。此外,总结出了目前注浆孔深度、注浆孔间排距、注浆压力、浆液扩散半径等注浆参数的选择原则和方法,为巷道围岩注浆加固提供了参考依据。
As a kind of scientific and effective support means, the grouting reinforcement technology is more and more widely used in surrounding rock support of soft crushing laneways in coal mines. On the basis of explaining the action mechanism of surrounding rock by grouting reinforcement, the factors affecting the grouting reinforcement effect are analyzed from three aspects of the properties of grouting materials, the properties of surrounding rock and the selection of grouting technology. In addition, the selection principles and methods of grouting parameters such as the depth of grouting holes, the spacing between grouting holes, the grouting pressure and the grouting radius are summed up, which provides a reference for grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock of roadway.
