本文以几个工程实际考查为基础,通过理论研讨认为工作辊轴线交叉度是轧机位置精度的最佳量度,通过工作辊交叉度复杂尺寸链的研究,应用概率论原理获得理论计算方法,并用实例说明其应用。文中的理论计算及实例证明:当工作辊的复杂尺寸链的终结环——交叉度被限定时,各组成环的误差也相应被限定,反之,若已确定各组环的误差(或分差),则交叉度的极限值也可确定。本文的计算公式建立了这种关系,为轧机设计选择制造精度,以及制造安装结果的综合技术条件考核提供了适当的依据。
In this paper, based on a few actual engineering tests, we think that the intersection of work roll axis is the best measure of the mill’s position accuracy.
