坚持民主集中制,是加强人武部党委班子建设的重要内容。在人武部工作几年来,感到当前提高人武部党委民主集中制建设的质量,必须着力解决好以下几个问题。解决好党性观念淡化,服从意识不强的问题在实际工作中,个别人武部党委存在着民主集中制贯彻不够坚决彻底,执行中变样、走调,有的甚至私自改变党委集体决定的问题,其主要原因是一些党委成员党性观念淡化、服从意识不强,有待强化三个观念:一是强化最高组织原则的观念。在贯彻民主集中制过 Adherence to democratic centralism is an important part of strengthening the team building of the party committees in People’s Armed Police Department.
