数学课堂的百花园中,如何剔除杂而无效的环节,需要教师蹲下身子多次磨课、多次印证、多次反思,当然也需要教师特别的智慧、洞见和耐心。由于教师的视角、立足点和教育观不一样,其收获的“芬芳”也是不一样的。在我看来,数学课堂应该是以生为本的课堂,其间有学生自主的小小发现,有手、口、眼并用的开开心心,有合作探究的“涓涓细流”。数学教师从“以人为本”的角度出发,对同一堂课多次校正、异构和重组,必将发现另一重鲜活的乾坤。
