最近,肖扬院长对《人民司法》工作作出重要批示:“要树立质量第一的思想,维护好《人民司法》良好声誉和影响力。”这使我们受到巨大的鞭策,并且进一步明确了改进工作的着力点,进一步增强了办好《人民司法》的责任感和使命感。《人民司法》是最高人民法院的机关刊物,是应用法学研究的重要阵地,是全国法院系统惟一的中文核心期刊。创刊50年来,在最高人民法院党组的领导下,在全国广大法官、社会各界读者的大力支持和热心呵护下,《人民司法》在满足广大法官学习法律和司法知识的需要,总结交流司法经验,推进应用法学研究等方面进行了不懈的努力,赢得了广大读者的欢迎。今年,本刊又分出《人民司法·应用》和《人民司法·案例》。不但扩大了信息容量,为广大作者提供了更宽阔的展示舞台,而且更加注重对司法资源的发掘和利用,增强了刊物的专业特色。因此,在激烈的同业竞争中,今年本刊的发行量有明显上升。
