夏天到了,很多女性朋友为了减肥、保持身材苗条,都认为应该尽量吃植物性食物,少吃动物性食物,尤其少吃脂肪含量高的食品,基本上成了素食者。还有一些老年人也认为夏天吃得越清淡越好。然而,有关营养学家提醒人们,吃素时要选择多样化的菜式,这样才能摄取到足够的营养,另外,有些特殊人群是不宜多吃素的,否则将会适得其反。
Summer, a lot of female friends in order to lose weight, keep slim, all think that we should try to eat plant foods, eat less animal foods, especially eat less fat content of food, basically became vegetarian.
