分析了CRTSⅠ型轨道板生产中张拉与水养顺序对混凝土质量的影响,指出采用先张拉、后水养生产顺序需要脱模强度达到48 MPa,张拉、封锚时间较长容易导致混凝土收缩开裂;通过试验证明,先张拉、后水养容易使预应力钢棒与护套产生相对滑动,水更容易渗入,引起钢棒锈蚀。采用先水养、后张拉顺序,混凝土质量容易保证,水难以渗入,具有显著的技术经济优势。
The influence of the sequence of tensioning and watering on the quality of concrete in CRTS Ⅰ track slab is analyzed. It is pointed out that the pre-tensioning and post-production sequence need to achieve the demoulding strength of 48 MPa and the tension and anchoring time can easily lead to concrete Shrinkage cracking; through the test proved that the first pre-tension, post-aquaculture tend to make the prestressed steel rod and sheath relative sliding, water is more likely to infiltrate, causing steel corrosion. Adopt the first water raise, after the tension sequence, easy to ensure the quality of concrete, water is difficult to infiltrate, with significant technical and economic advantages.
