我们用间接免疫荧光法(IFAT)和反向间接血凝抑制试验(RPHI)对同一组疑似HFRS病人血清检测IgG抗体,观察比较了两种方法抗体阳性符合率、GMT和试验操作的影响因素等。现介绍如下。被检血清由潍坊市12县市提供疑似HFRS病人血清250份,羊抗人IgG荧光抗体由上海生物制品研究所提供,特异性染色单位1:8批号,881001;EHFV抗原片由上海生物制品研究所提供,批号A_9-88-11;RPHI快速诊断试剂盒由浙江省卫生防疫站提供,批号89-1。IFAT法按常规操作,RPHI法按试剂盒说
