目的考察丁苯酞专用输液器、聚氯乙烯(PVC)输液器及聚烯烃热塑弹性体(TPE)输液器对丁苯酞氯化钠注射液的吸附性。方法将丁苯酞配成临床用输注浓度,模拟临床静脉滴注,分别经丁苯酞专用输液器、PVC输液器及TPE输液器流出,在不同时间段收集流出的样品,用高效液相色谱法测定丁苯酞浓度,并分别与流经输液器前(0 min)的结果进行比较。结果在总收集液中,丁苯酞专用输液器、PVC输液器及TPE输液器对丁苯酞的吸附率分别为0.47%,32.48%,9.62%;相同材质不同厂家生产输液器对丁苯酞的吸附作用比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同材质输液器对丁苯酞的吸附作用有差异,其中PVC输液器对丁苯酞有明显吸附作用;而相同材质不同厂家生产的输液器对丁苯酞的吸附作用无显著差异。
Objective To study the adsorption of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection by butylphthalide special infusion set, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) infusion set and polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) infusion set. Methods Butylphthalide was dosed with clinical infusion concentration to simulate clinical intravenous drip and flow out respectively through butylphthalide special infusion set, PVC infusion set and TPE infusion set. The effluent samples were collected at different time intervals, The concentration of butylphthalide was determined by chromatography and compared with the results before flowing through the infusion set (0 min). Results In the total collected liquid, the adsorption rates of butylphthalide special infusion set, PVC infusion set and TPE infusion set were 0.47%, 32.48% and 9.62% respectively. The differences were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Different materials of infusion set have different effects on the absorption of butylphthalide, among them, PVC infusion set has obvious adsorption to butylphthalide. However, there is no significant difference in the absorption of butylphthalide between infusion sets produced by different manufacturers.
