近年来,福建省福州市工商局晋安区局以“倡导诚信经验、创建信用市场”为载体,在全区各类商品交易市场全面推行市场业主责任制,使辖区市场监管工作的效能和水平得到了明显提升,与此同时,工商部门的廉政风险和监管风险也得到了科学有效的防范。本刊在2007年第16期刊登了《福建省福州市工商局晋安区局推行市场业主责任制专题》后,福建省内其他地市工商局以及山东、广州、深圳等兄弟工商局组织人员到福州市交流观摩晋安区局市场业主责任制工作的经验做法。2007年11月,福建省政府召开全省产品质量专项整治工作会议,晋安局在会上介绍了市场业主责任制的做法。今年3月25日至26日,总局在福州召开全国工商系统部分省区推行廉政风险点防范管理试点工作座谈会,会议期间,会议代表共40多人实地参观了晋安区工商局福新工商所在开展廉政风险和监管风险点防范管理方面的工作。
