2011年9月30日,全市召开六届市政府第四次全体会议,明确要求各级各部门顺应经济社会转型发展形势,切实增强履职能力,进一步提升政府服务水平。10月7日,全市组织参加全省加强政府自身建设电视电话会议,根据省政府会议精神,市政府对加强政府自身建设再次作了部署。对此,各级各部门及全体政府公务人员要深刻领会这两次会议精神,进一步增强忧患意识、责任意识,振奋精神,开拓创新,全面加强政府自身建设,努力推动我市经济社会又好又快发展,为圆满完成“十二五”计划奠定良好基础。
