社会发展迅速,人们都需要具有一定的收入才能够获得更好的生活条件,尤其是在乡镇,薪酬的多少直接与生活质量挂钩。所谓薪酬满意度,就是一种心理状态,是职工在获得薪酬之后与自己心理期望值比较之后产生的。每一位职工在外工作都是为了能够挣钱,获得更高的生活质量。所以薪酬满意度不高是离职的重要因素之一。本文将针对影响薪酬满意度的因素进行分析,并且提出调整建议。
The rapid social development, people need to have a certain income in order to be able to get better living conditions, especially in towns and villages, the remuneration directly related to the quality of life. The so-called salary satisfaction, is a state of mind, is the employee after receiving the salary and their psychological expectations resulting from comparison. Every employee is working outside to earn money and achieve a higher quality of life. So pay satisfaction is not high is one of the important factors of leaving. This article will analyze the factors that affect salary satisfaction, and make recommendations for adjustment.
